Radio Surgery is an atraumatic method of cutting and coagulation of soft tissues. It requires no pressures and the cells are vapourised along the trajectory of radio waves, resulting in less cicatrisation, less discomfort and pain.
AIMS AND OBJECTIVE
To assess the efficacy of high frequency radio surgery in those cutaneous lesions which were not responding to medical therapy.
MATERIAL & METHOD
- Total no. of patients – 120
- Female – 80
- Male – 40
- Followings were the cutaneous lesions
- Warts – 20
- Skin Tags – 10
- Pyogenic Granuloma – 10
- M.C. – 15
- Moles – 20
- Seb-Keratosis – 10
- Cherry Angioma – 10
- Freckles – 10
- Milia – 15
METHOD

RESULTS
- After Procedure Patients were observed for
-Any recurrence
-Scarring
-Cosmetic Results
- Excellent Results were observed in more than 90% of treated patients without any complications
- Superficial scarring – 4 patients
- Recurrence – nil
CONCLUSION
- Latest technology with sparkless cutting and coagulation
- Very safe and simple office procedure
- Minimum blood loss and pain
- Minimum heat without charring
- Excellent cosmetic results
